Daniel H. Brumer is the founder and principal attorney of DH Brumer PC, a corporate and real estate law firm with a global practice. He located his practice in the Coachella Valley by choice. This is where he lives, and it is the community he serves with pride, with honor, and with a deep respect for the people who build things here.
Daniel represents companies, investors, and family businesses across California and beyond in corporate transactions, real estate, contracts, financings, and the day-to-day questions that come up running a business. Before opening this practice, he was an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles, and an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law teaching contract drafting, corporate finance, and dealmaking. He also has deep experience in state and local government, having served as senior advisor on land use and economic development to two Los Angeles City Council members. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, James Kent Scholar) and his B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.
